Services provided by Opulent Travel Experience, including airport & event transfers and day tours ("Services"). By booking or using our Services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking and Payment Reservations : All bookings for airport & event transfers or day tours must be made in advance, either through our website, phone, or email.

Payment : Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Payments must be made through the available payment methods (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).

Confirmation : A booking confirmation will be sent once payment is received and the booking is secured.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy : Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may be subject to a cancellation fee of [50%].

Cancellation by Opulent Travel Experience : We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, accidents, mechanical failure). In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or alternative arrangements.

Refunds : Refunds will be processed within 1-3 working days and will be returned to the original payment method.

3. Service Availability and Modifications : Our Services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, date, and time.

Changes to Itinerary : If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change the pick-up time or location), please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. We will attempt to accommodate changes, but they are not guaranteed.

4. Customer Responsibilities : Accuracy of Information : Customers are responsible for providing accurate details when booking, including pick-up locations, times, and any special requirements (e.g., accessibility needs).

On-Time Arrival : It is the customer's responsibility to be at the pick-up location on time. Delays due to customer lateness may result in missed transfers or tours, and refunds will not be issued.

Behavior : Customers must behave in a courteous and respectful manner during the service. The driver or guide reserves the right to refuse service if a customer is abusive, intoxicated, or causing disturbances.

5. Liability and Limitations : Liability : Opulent travel experience is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to customers or their belongings during the service, except in cases of negligence or breach of duty on the part of Opulenttravelexperience.

Force Majeure : We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including weather, strikes, accidents, or government actions.

Insurance : It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have appropriate travel insurance for their trip.

6. Transfers and Day Tours : Airport & Event Transfers : Our transfer services include transportation to and from airports or event venues. The driver will assist with loading and unloading luggage, but customers must supervise their own belongings.

Day Tours : Day tours are provided as described on our website or as confirmed with the booking. We reserve the right to change the tour itinerary if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Drivers : All drivers are professionals. They will ensure a safe and enjoyable experience but may adjust schedules based on traffic or other factors.

7. Complaints and Disputes Complaints : If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely and fair manner.

8. Amendments to Terms : We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to bookings made after the update.
